How to use Classic CBD Soft Gels:
1. Take 1 soft gel capsule by mouth up to 4 times per day or as directed by a medical professional. Do not exceed 4 soft gels (4 servings) per day.
2. Keep a daily log to track any changes over time. Note any physical sensations you experience both before and after taking CBD.
3. After 2 weeks of daily use, if you’re not experiencing the desired effects, you can try taking an additional serving or two as long as you stay within the limits of your product’s daily maximum number of servings. Or, you can try a more concentrated product for stronger results. With our CBD products, you can experiment with a range of 5 mg to 60 mg of CBD per day to find what works best for you.
