A: To make our CBD capsule, we take full-spectrum hemp extract with a known percentage of CBD and blend it with clean MCT coconut oil to create a capsule with a precise amount of CBD plus a broad range of additional cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes.

A: Everyone’s body requires a different amount of CBD. We recommend starting with our regular Everyday Daily Balance Capsules and, if needed, moving to our Extra Strength Capsules. These capsules are great for those already familiar with CBD and want to take their routine to the next level.
